Twenty people hurt when a shuttle bus left Highway 39 near Mackenzie, B.C.

On Wednesday a chartered shuttle bus carrying workers flipped onto its side and left Highway 39 about four kilometres south of Mackenzie, in a remote part of northern British Columbia. Twenty people were treated in hospital, and two hospitals declared mass-casualty alerts. One passenger was thrown from the bus and three others were unconscious when the first bystander reached them. By Thursday 15 had been discharged, while others remained in care. Please pray for the passengers still in hospital and their families, and for the first responders and medical staff who cared for them.
