Remains found in the search for Michael Vrankovic, 58, missing from George Town, Tasmania since January

Volunteers from the group Find Our Lost Loved Ones searching for Michael Vrankovic, 58, have found what are believed to be adult human remains near George Town in northern Tasmania. Mr Vrankovic has not been seen since January, when a neighbour who spoke with him most days asked police to check on him. Police say formal identification may take several weeks and a report will go to the coroner. Please pray for Michael's family and friends as they wait for answers, and for the volunteers and police doing this work.
