Rachel Apa, 24, dies after collapsing during her first New York City Marathon

Rachel Apa, 24, a former Bucknell University field hockey player, collapsed in Central Park about two miles from the finish of Sunday's New York City Marathon, her first. She was running for a Parkinson's charity team in honor of her late grandfather. Bystanders gave CPR and she was taken to Mount Sinai, where she died that night. Her father says the cause was rhabdomyolysis. Please pray for her parents, Steve and Michelle, who were following her through the race, and for everyone who loved her.
